Rates
January 1-May 26: $125 per night
May 27-Aug. 31: $150 per night
Sept. 1-December 31: $125 per night
(Holidays are $150 per night)
Additional Charges
-9.5% room tax
-$79 cleaning cost (regardless of the number of nights being rented)
-(Security-damage Deposit)- $199. This is NOT an up front charge and only occuars
if property is left in damaged or poor condition
Check in after 4pm
Check out by 12:00 noon.
No smoking and no pets, please.

Cancellation Policy
- In the event you need to cancel your reservation you may re-schedule with in the next 6 months.
- All reservations three nights or less must be paid at time of reservation.
- All reservations four nights or more require 50% of payment at time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to stay.
- Notification of cancellation must be received prior to 7 days of your scheduled stay.
